I am not receiving any feedback, why?

RestOcheck -

If you collect feedback but they don't appear in your dashboard, you will notice a number in the upper left corner of the screen. (in the example below there are 4 feedbacks blocked on the Tablet app that have not been sent to our servers yet

This can have 2 causes

1) you are not logged in

  • Tap on "LOGIN" in the down right corner
  • Log in with your RestOcheck user name and password
  • Swipe open the app and go back

If you see the number go down, this means that the blocked feedbacks have been sent

2) you are not connected to the internet

  • Exit the RestOcheck app
  • Connect to the internet
  • Reopen the RestOcheck app
  • Swipe open the app and go back

If you see the number go down, this means that the blocked feedbacks have been sent

 

If you have sent your feedback, the information will appear in your dashboard tomorrow
