Billing, change subscription

IMPORTANT REMARKS ABOUT BILLING

RestOcheck uses "monthly billing with daily precision". This means that if you change your subscription for example on the 10th of Jan from Pro to Basic, at the end of January you will be billed for 10 days using a Pro subscription and 21 days using a Basic subscription.

You can only change your subscription once every 24h

If you want to cancel your subscription, change it to "Free"

To change your subscription

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Go to Settings/Billing
  • Select the subscription you want from the drop down menu
  • Click on "Change Subscription"
