Some people leave extreme scores (for example, 3 times 0)
This can be very frustrating for both the Restaurant owner and demotivating for the staff.
Our advice is, don't pay any attention to these extreme reviews nor to the customers that leave them.
For the Restaurants that link bonuses to the average scores, 95% of the time these extreme reviews are sent anonymously, so you can filter them out using datafilters in your scores section:
- Go to the "Scores" section of your dashboard
- Click on "Data Filters" and deselect "No Email"
