The Incoming Reservations view is not shown by default. You need to activate it in your reservation settings.
The goal of this view is have an overview of all the new reservations that arrive (like in a mail box)
The main advantage of this view is you get the possibility to correct mistakes. For example, you can warn the guest in advance if you know that you cannot meet his specific wishes.
To do this,
- Click on the line of the reservation
- Click on "Contact"
- Choose "Mail" or "Telephone" (TIP: create a mail template for this purpose in communication settings)
For all the other reservations that don't require special action, you can approve them by clicking on the thumbs up icon
